Shipping policy

HOW DO WE SHIP? 

All orders are generally shipped within 1 - 4 business days of the order date from our warehouses. Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking.

​​DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  

Enjoy free shipping on all US orders of $100 or more. For orders under $100, a flat shipping rate of $9 applies.

ORDER CHANGES:  

We’re unable to make any changes to an order once it has been shipped. This includes address changes. If an order is on its way to the wrong address, we recommend getting in touch with the carrier as soon as possible. They may be able to assist you with either rerouting the order to the proper address!

If you've added the wrong item to your cart, we recommend placing a new order for the correct item and returning the incorrect one once you receive it.

ORDER CANCELATIONS:  

Please email to our team with your order number. We will do our best to cancel your order before our warehouse team receives it, but if it’s already been processed by our warehouse, shipped, or if you’ve received a shipping confirmation email, we’re unable to cancel your order. You will be able to return it after you receive the order.
